Partidazo es una serie épica de 4 torneos donde los competidores se enfrentan en batallas de Freestyle fútbol 1 contra 1. Marcar un gol o patear la pelota entre las piernas de tu oponente (el clásico “meg”) es el nombre del juego. El 1er y 2do lugar en cada torneo ganan un lugar en la final y la oportunidad de ganar el GRAN PREMIO del Partidazo:

REGLAS DE PARTIDAZO
  • El árbitro lanza el balón al centro de la cancha para comenzar el partido.
  • Cada partido tiene una duración de CINCO minutos.
  • El PRIMER jugador en “megar” con éxito a un oponente gana instantáneamente el juego.
  • Un jugador también puede ganar siendo el primero en marcar TRES (3) goles.
  • Si no ocurre ningún mega dentro de los CINCO minutos de juego, gana el jugador con la puntuación más alta.
  • Si hay un empate, los jugadores realizan un desafío de habilidades para decidir el ganador del partido.
  • El juego peligroso, el contacto físico, sujetar a un oponente o la estructura de la cancha son todos estrictamente prohibidos.
  • Después de una falta, los jugadores se paran frente a sus respectivas porterías y el jugador que cometió la falta recibe el balón.
  • El árbitro tiene la discreción de permitir el gol o mega por cualquier falta cometida durante un intento de anotar o mega.
  • El árbitro puede conceder un gol o ganar por faltas mayores o múltiples faltas menores.

Testimonial, Video, Photo, Audio Release Consent

By accepting the terms if this form, you are hereby consent to allow Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), Pepin Distributing, Co., and Rumbo Communications, LLC operating as a business partner, to use and disclose your testimonial, audio, photos and/or videos and you acknowledge that they may be distributed to the public. Right to Revoke: You have the right to revoke this release at any time by providing written notice of your revocation and submitting it by mail to Rumbo Communications, LLC, P.O. Box 78555, Tampa, Florida, 33675.
CONSENT TO RELEASE
I hereby authorize Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), Pepin Distributing, Co., and Rumbo Communications, LLC and staff to use your testimonial, photos, videos, audio and any information contained herein pertaining to Bud Light x Partidazo in its media/public relations efforts. I understand and approve the disclosure of the testimonial, photo, video, audio information to the media and other individuals and entities that may be involved in the media/public relations efforts of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), Pepin Distributing, Co., and Rumbo Communications, LLC and staff. I waive the right of prior approval and hereby release Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), Pepin Distributing, Co., and Rumbo Communications, LLC and staff from any and all claims for damages of any kind based on the use of my testimonial, pictures, video, audio or information in the testimonial. By signing below I agree and acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Release and agree to all terms described.

BUD LIGHT PARTIDAZO SWEEPSTAKES Waiver, Indemnification, and Release (the “Release”)

I ___________________________________, desire to engage and participate in the Bud Light Partidazo Sweepstakes (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”) prize (“Prize”) operated by Pepin Distributing Company, LLC, and the foregoing’s members, managers, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, consultants, and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), and therefore agree to enter this Release in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Prize as a Sweepstakes winner. In this Release, the words “I,” “Me,” “My,” and “Myself” mean the person who signs this Release. I acknowledge and agree as follows for Myself, My personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin:
  • Representations. I HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I:
    • Acknowledge as the Sweepstakes winner, I am a resident of Hillsborough County, Florida, or a resident of Pasco County, Florida in the specific geographical territory listed in Exhibit A, and am at least 21 years of age or older, and am not otherwise employed or contracted by the Releasees of the Sweepstakes Prize. I also agree to comply with all Sweepstakes rules;
    • Have been provided with and will follow all of the Sweepstakes rules and regulations with respect to participating in the Prize;
    • Acknowledge that Releasees make no representation or warranty of any kind or nature concerning the condition or maintenance of the equipment or materials provided for my use which are used to facilitate the Sweepstakes Prize; and
      • Agree to fully comply with and abide by all laws (Federal, state, and local) and all Sweepstakes rules and regulations that apply to the Prize, or otherwise, in which I participate.
  • Assumption of Risk. I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that I voluntarily chose to enter the Sweepstakes and accept the Prize at My own risk, and I voluntarily assume the risk and danger of injury that may be associated with participating in the Prize as well as for my actions while under the influence of alcohol;
  • Waiver and Covenant Not to Sue. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Releasees from any and all claims or demands therefore on account of injury to Me or My property or resulting in My death, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while I am participating in the Prize provided or facilitated by Releasees;
  • Indemnification. I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any and all loss, liability damage, or costs, including attorneys fees as a result of any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, or judgements, that Releasees may incur arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon My participation in any Sweepstakes Activity, including any and all loss or damage to property, personal or otherwise, personal injury or death of any person which occurs as a result of My participation in the Prize, even where the loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused or contributed to by the Releasees, whether or not caused by Releasees active or passive negligence or otherwise;
  • Negligence. I HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the active or passive negligence of Releasees or otherwise while I am participating in the Sweepstakes Prize provided or facilitated by Releasees;
  • Property Damage. I HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR My own property, whether personal or otherwise. I hereby release the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with loss, damage, or destruction however minor or major, to any and all of My personal property, whether secured or unsecured;
  • Photo Release. I HEREBY CONSENT TO AND AUTHORIZE Releasees to record My likeness and voice either by video, audio, digital, photographic, electronic or other medium now known or later discovered and to use, reproduce, and distribute said recordings in any format in perpetuity;
  • Term. I ACKNOWELDGE that the terms and conditions set forth above, including My ASSUPTION OF RISK, COVNENANT NOT TO SUE, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY, AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS shall continue in full force and effect at all times and shall not expire nor require renewal and shall survive any cancellation, termination or expiration of, and supersedes to the extent different from, any other agreements I have with Releasees;
  • Fees. In connection with any attempt to recover losses incurred on such claims or demands or connection with the enforcement of this Agreement, I agree to pay Releasees such attorney’s fees, reasonable costs and/or expenses for which expenditure is made or liability incurred by any Releasee;
  • Severability. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall NOT affect the validity of the remaining portion(s) and such remaining portion(s) shall remain in full force and effect as if this agreement had been executed with the invalid portion therefore eliminated;
  • Governance. This Agreement is made and construed according to the current laws of the State of Florida; and is governed accordingly;
  • Headings. The headings used in this waiver are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this waiver.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLDGE THAT I HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE WITH EACH AND EVERY PROVISION SET FORTH ABOVE AND THAT I AM EXECUTING THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIBAILITY, INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ON MY OWN FREE ACT. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS AND UNDERSTAND THE RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGAINST THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND AND I ASSUME ALL INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE. I VOLUNTARILY SIGN MY NAME EVIDENCING MY ACCEPTANCE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS.

All Florida residents who reside in the following geographical territories are eligible to participate.

All of the following Counties:

Hillsborough.

A portion of the following Counties, as described below:

Pasco—the eastern portion of Pasco County east of an imaginary line drawn by extending the Hillsborough- Pinellas County line north through Pasco County to a point where it intersects US Hwy 19 (at 10th Ave.) and from there north along US Hwy 19, but not including US Hwy 19, to the Hernando County line, and excluding those accounts on the south side of the county line road (Rte. 578) which extends 2.5 miles east on the US Hwy 19 and County Line Road (Rte. 578) intersection.
